Living Well at ITW

Participating in the Living Well at ITW program is one of the best things you can do for yourself, both now and in the future.

Wellness Program

Take advantage of the wellness program by completing a Personal Health Assessment (PHA), working with a health coach, getting involved in wellness activities at your work location and exploring all the features of the Living Well at ITW wellness portal, including:

  • A personalized dashboard
  • Challenges
  • Community forum
  • Goal tracking
  • Device syncing to make activity tracking a breeze

You’ll save money on your 2025 medical plan premiums and earn points for each activity you complete, giving you more entries into the raffle drawings where you can win free medical plan premiums for 2025 and gift cards.

See How the 2024 Program Works

Two Raffles

This year, we have two wellness raffles:

  • The first raffle, for free medical plan premiums in 2025, will be held in December 2024. All points earned through November 30, 2024, will be eligible for the December raffle.
  • The second raffle, for gift cards, will be held in March 2025. All points earned through February 28, 2025, will be eligible for the March raffle.

Gateway Activities

Complete the Gateway Activities — the 10-minute Personal Health Assessment (PHA) and the employee Health Screening — by September 30, 2024, to learn about your health and be eligible for reduced premiums in 2025.

If your spouse/domestic partner is enrolled in an ITW medical plan as of June 1, 2024, they should also complete the PHA by September 30, 2024. You’ll answer questions about your health, habits and activities, and find areas that may need improvement or are considered at risk.

You must also complete the employee Health Screening by September 30, 2024, to learn your numbers and track your year-over-year progress. (Spouses/domestic partners do not need to complete a Health Screening.) You have three options to complete your screening:

  1. Onsite screening. There are free onsite health screenings at select ITW locations. Check with your HR representative or Wellness Champion to see if an onsite screening will be offered at your location.
  2. Your doctor. Download the Health Care Provider Form (HCPF) from the Living Well at ITW wellness portal to complete with your doctor.
  3. Lab appointment. Schedule a free Quest lab appointment on the Living Well at ITW wellness portal.

If you complete the Gateway Activities by September 30, 2024, you’ll earn one Healthy Actions point and be eligible for the raffles for free medical plan premiums in 2025 and gift cards. New this year: Be an early bird and complete your Gateway Activities by August 31, 2024, and you’ll earn a second Healthy Actions point!

NOTE: The Gateway Activities deadline for employees hired on or after June 2, 2024, is February 28, 2025.

Healthy Action Activities

It’s easy to earn points by making healthy decisions. The more activities you complete, the more points you earn. And the more points you earn, the better your chance of winning gift cards in a raffle drawing. You and your spouse/domestic partner can earn up to 27 points each.

NEW: This year, you have until February 28, 2025, to complete even more Healthy Actions activities for a chance to win gift cards.
